The Promptara Affiliate Program allows approved participants to earn commissions by referring new customers to our platform. By joining, you agree to these terms.
Affiliates earn a commission on qualifying sales made through their unique referral link. The default commission rate is 20% of the sale amount, before any discounts. Commission rates may be adjusted at our discretion with 30 days notice.
Referrals are tracked via a 30-day first-click cookie. If a referred user makes a purchase within 30 days of clicking your referral link, you will receive credit for the sale. Self-referrals are not permitted and will not be credited.
Payouts are processed monthly for approved commissions meeting the minimum threshold of $10.00. Payment methods include PayPal and cryptocurrency. Commissions are approved after a 14-day holding period to account for refunds.
Affiliates may not: use paid ads that bid on our brand terms, create misleading or deceptive promotions, use spam or unsolicited messaging, cookie-stuff or use hidden iframes, or impersonate Promptara staff. Violations result in immediate termination and forfeiture of pending commissions.
Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time. Upon termination, pending approved commissions will still be paid. Unpaid commissions below the minimum threshold may be forfeited.
If a referred customer receives a refund, the associated commission will be deducted from your pending balance. We will not seek to recover already-paid commissions for subsequent refunds.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered affiliates.
